Enfants non-accompagnés (UM)
Les enfants peuvent être pris en charge dès l'enregistrement par la compagnie. Ils seront assistés durant toute la période du vol, accompagnés à la sortie de l'avion, puis confiés à leur arrivée à la personne chargée de les accueillir.
Le jour du départ, nous vous invitons à vous présenter au moins 1h30 avant le décollage directement au comptoir information de l'aérogare. Le personnel d'accueil vous indiquera les démarches à entreprendre pour obtenir une pochette spéciale UM.
The UM bag contains the following items:
- Airline tickets
- Identity papers (National Identity Card or passport)
- Travel file for an unaccompanied minor
- Identification form of the person in charge of collecting the minor on arrival (it is imperative for this person to be in possession of an identity document
- Authorization to leave the territory to travel abroad

Authorization to leave the territory of a minor traveller
Minors travelling abroad unaccompanied by an adult must have an « authorisation to leave the country » signed by one of the parents and a copy of the signing parent's identity document.
